By scheduling an appointment with Los Hermanos Mobile Car Wash, you are agreeing to our policies and procedures as follows.

Please remove all valuables from your vehicle prior to your scheduled appointment. In doing so, you avoid any unnecessary risk of property damage, and help us better provide you the most thorough and efficient service possible.

By agreeing to use our service, you agree not to hold Los Hermanos Mobile Car Wash liable if property damage occurs due to failure to follow pre-appointment procedures as stated.

Pre-appointment details

Given the nature of our service, we we do not offer refunds. We will, however, refund deposits for cancelled appointments if cancelled 3 days or more prior to scheduled appointment.

Violation of the Cancellation Policy renders deposits and any pre-payments non-refundable.

Appointments may be cancelled up to the 3 days prior. Cancellation after this will render your deposit non-refundable. Same day cancellation and rescheduling for mobile services due to inclimate weather will be permitted. Special circumstances will be given consideration on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Los Hermanos.

We currently accept payment in the form of cash, credit/debit, Venmo, and Cashapp. Payment will be collected at the time of service. We do not accept checks.

Time to complete our services are estimates based on previous experience. Our services may require more or less time depending on the condition of your vehicle. To help us better serve you, please follow our policies and book services that most closely align with your needs for your vehicle.
